the kneel paddling thing. i didn't realise how hard it is and it works your whole body. you really feel it next day.


shoulders, chest arms quads,abs and you get a busted ass out of it too(some material for obct to work with)



take my hat off to those board paddlers that do molokai.


get a board you can kneel on and get fit


not a cripple board either

I would like to give it a go sometime....I have seen Nick Carroll a few times busting up and down the coast. Looks like hard work thats for sure. JM must be an absolute machine * 10.

or get a skipping rope and try some of these moves

I kneel paddle my log out then catch waves. Don't think you get much more surfie

It is said that 666 is good for core strength. Not so sure . I find 20 minutes of plank exercises hurts a lot more than 2 hours of 666.

daneli, i ordered my cw hotlog so i could kneel paddle. i wanted the ab workout paddling out for waves while surfing. i figured it would help my 666 paddling while i was having fun learning to long board- been real fun

I wonder how big I'd have to go to float my 100kg backside ?? The cross training sounds great and I can't bring myself to 666 at LM.
