we, as in mac and myself got shown a second astro i believe it was.

dave reckons its a good board, but doesn't have a fancy tint or a big flashy name.

i don't need my board to look like a packet of durries or a match stick or look like a girls drink

so i'm not worried about it being plain white.

i heard a whisper that a certain person was a past owner, but then again he probably has been an owned every longboard on the coast at some stage.

anybody know much about them!!!

Lacey I've only heard very good things about Astro
and yes it was Asea's old board

or give Steve from CLEARWATER a call he will sort you
out a custom

how heavy are you Lacey? might be to much volume for you.

it should have been a threesome but chrispy bailed

about 78 k's, but i'm not overly worried about to much volume. you gotta remember i'll be coming off big 666 race boards- a mal is going to feel small, even a surf 666 has more

Its actually probably okay for you, maybe a bit thick but not buy much and as you said coming of sups and i guess youll be surfing smallish points waves? so the extra volume is probably a good thing.

but if Mact cant flog it off, you might struggle to if you want to move it on aswell.

Anyone know anything about this one and the "impact" style of construction?

It Greg Tilley's old/new board only a few weeks old,all impact boards are tinted.

Greg feels its a tab too heavy ( glassing ) that is,99.9 or 100 % condition.
Give GT a call he works Mon Tue only.

i like all the astro boards i have seen,especially asea's brothers new epoy thruster...very nice.

yet you really cant go past a CLEARWATER. steve will sort you out

and he didn't know it was onto him fm,just as well.He said later the last time he surfed with a shark was in the 100 kg comp with Asea
