I f**k"n hate them.

Because I'm allergic to them I come up in a really bad rash about 8 hours after I'm hit so I've been really good at avoiding them for many years, that is until this arvo.

I copped them all over both legs, left wrist and right eye.

I didn't know I had a big'n broken off and wrapped around my knee rope so after I took off my rope, I wiped my right eye.

Little bastards.

Anyway, this time I'm ready for them, the future son in laws mother is a chemist and she recommended the right anti histamines and a double dose so I've popped them and I'm off to the fart sack so I still may be able to get into the water tomorrow morning.

If you see a post from me at about 1am, you'll know my cunning plan didn't work so well.

I had a purple people eaer land on my foot and had welts that lasted for 2 weeks. The pain was bad enough but the itching afterward was worse.
Keep your eyes open.

I've seen purple people eaters floating around with the blueys but I don't think I've ever been hit by one.

Anyway, getting onto those anti histamines early meant that i had a pretty decent nights sleep.
