g,day to all i am looking of replacing my old fin as its seen better days, seeing as my board is all white i was thinking of getting a fin with a bit of colour maybe fabric multi patterned or something to pretty it up any suggestions on where i can get a decent fin with a bit of character thanks. twinkletoes

This one in Red, Blue, or Green would look great on a white board. The pattern fins are a bit "in your face". Keep it simple. Bold colours...

Find someone who could make a fin for you and tell him what you want. It will cost you though. Lots of work. Or you could seek out a bloke on these forums called arkgee and he has a mate that does beautiful timber fins.

Hate to sound practical but have you decided on what SIZE and SHAPE you want or need? Is the existing fin appropriate for your board and the waves you typically ride (apart from it being an old fin)? There is a lot of nice stuff these days you can buy in the surf shops otherwise Wiz at Mctavish is the man for custom made fins.

the old fin i have is a 91/2 pivot nose rider fin i was looking at the pattern of this hawaiian pro designs fin
