Mct 8ball should be rockin' up at the goldie next week, secondhand but used a
couple of times only






Not gonna make it guys! Things have not gone as planned and the trip to Goldie will be postponed Got the 8ball picked up by the in laws and will grab it on the next trip.

i got a SUP about 3 weeks ago and have been paddling in the river. I took it out in the surf and fell off it at least 30 times but still managed to catch a couple of waves on it. Felt good to glide along a wave after not surfing for nearly 4 months.

Geez Chrispy I hope I'm not out that long. The plan is to train on the SUP to get the back strong enough to paddle out on a regular board again. Hopefully that will be in a couple of months.


I know that feeling, paddled over the Bower and had one last weekend on the *** (yes I final finished it). Made the mistake of telling the physio, less than impressed is what I'd call that look.

I have a plan for a board, not sure if I'll go to Vouch or Clearwater but it will probably be one of those 2 I've got time to sort that out probably won't be till mid year or a little later. Need to put the hull and the CW lb through there paces and finalize dims, rails, and bottom ideas.

I'm going along on a really sh1t holiday next year with the missus and kids and as I'm doing that the missus has said I can have a custom board when we get back! Won't be till late next year but hey thought i'd join in. Might get me a super size me McT (there's a few models I like) or may get a version of the Wingnut II 10'6" but tweak the dimensions a wee bit?..we'll see.

I am upgrading the Munro.

I have a tripped booked to PNG next year and having the Munro upgraded just for that trip. Pull the nose in a bit and beef it up a bit (23x3) to counter the extra kegs I seem to have accumulated this year. Not change to the tailnor rocker as I am already really happy with it.
