when i grew up i went through a heap of boards,pretty much every one i had i loved to surf. now with the internet,im starting to find that i have so much info i will never find the next perfect board. do we have too much info,or are we expecting too much from our ride? or is it i just want more and more and more i could tell you 20 boards that i would buy right now if i had the coin

Q: If you had those 20 boards would you ever ride any of them enough to become that familiar with it that you'd get the most out of it...

My biggest quiver was 5 boards... only ever surfed two (very different boards).

Having said that, I'd like 3 or 4 more for variety in different conditions...

It's like women, there's lots I'd like have a go off, some I'd own, some I'd share with my mates. And some that are over or under volume, hell some are just dogs.. And the meyerhoffer is the girl you don't want your mates to see you with but wanna just see what its like once.

But all you really need to find is one that is fun, nice to ride and preferably fits in your car.

Sometimes its a new board that spices things up.

sp thats what i mean. i had 2 boards pretty much my whole life,1 every dayer and my big wave gun,thats it. now,fmd,so with all this access to info and what is possible makes me want to try/own them. my ball my log and something more suited to the sucky stuff
