I'm looking at iloads. Specified internal tray length is 2375. Any iload owners know what length boards will fit? (straight or at an angle?)

one of the ladies at the beach has one and puts her 9'4" in it - she has bars coming down from the roof - I actually shared a few waves with her this morning - will ask her next time I see her what the biggest she has had in there.

Sorry I misinformed you here....she rides a 9'1" and there is enough room for another 3 or 4 inches max she tells me.

I bought a new Nissan Xtrail 2013 model just before Chrissy for $31k which from looking at the prices of iloads is possibly cheaper. I can fit my 9'1 LB with 3 or 4 inches to spare laying through the back between the seats. No good if you have a passenger, but I got roof racks rear rubber tray, rubber footwells & an Alpine LCD stereo with nav, bluetooth & reversing camera included. Can also fit a shortboard or 2 in the back beside the longboard or 2 longboards no worries. But yeah, passenger would havta sit in the back if you had one or 2 longboards encroaching on the front passenger side. However if your preference for having your boards inside is to prevent scumbags thieving your board(s). You can of course load up the roof & then pile them into the back if your gonna be away from your car. Just a possible option for ya, I spent about 5 months researching what car I was going to get next after having a hilux for 14 years. Pretty happy with the xtrail

I've got a 97 VW short wheel base van with seats and can slide a 10'6 666 with about 6 inches to spare. If that helps.

I have an iload crew van (2nd row of seats) with the cargo barrier removed, plenty of room for 10'6 if you slide it through onto the dash or can fit a 9'3 in on an angle with someone in the front passenger seat. I usually just fold the front seat back a little and the 9'3 or 9'8 sits on top of the headrest. I have made a shelf in the rear so the boards sit pretty level.
