haven't surfed for a 8 weeks!!!!!! maybe next week or so



ps well that's not entirely true- have surfed my 12'6 race board in small ish stuff

if you call passing out face down in the water, literally dying 5 times and having a quadruple bypass a injury, yes i've had a injury- nothing serious tho

no, its all good. i can see that you were doing. i just tried to be light hearted about so to speak. i was fit not healthy it seems. on the mend, nearly there - got out to the other side in pretty good shape.

not going to stop me doing much.


a warning, be fit doesn't make you immune- eat right now

Good good I am sure you will come out fine! We have one of the guys down here, 60 something now, had cancer and still rides a longboard better than most of us
