is your lb light, mid weight or heavy.

and is it performance, hybrid of log ish.

my evo 11 is heavy for it's performance spec i would say but at 9'6 it allows me to nose ride it and still throw it around a bit.

its a good mix for a one long board quiver i reckon

All my custom boards are as heavy as I can get them. Wide laps? Yes please. 6x6x6 oz glass with a 6oz footpad? Go for it. I pay too much, aren't sponsored, and hate too snap boards. Most people aren't good enough for a little extra glass to make much difference in performance once they are up and riding, all other design parameters being equal.

Mid weight performance, I can throw it around a bit & nose ride according to the LB comp rulebook. But not like proper hang 5 or 10

+1 on all of the above. especially the wide laps.

Have also found 4x4 bottom and 4x4x4 deck nice and strong also

Mine just come out as I glass them - its random No in all seriousness I like them heavy because I only use them for old school stuff - yet if you saw me on it you would think it was more beginner school stuff Still yet to ride an HP Mal - the closest I have come to was the Greenroom board. That thing went like a rocket

I have resisted the urge to go 6x6 on the bottom and 6x6x6 on the top of my new 8' that's coming. I have asked for S glass though. Anyone else get boards with S glass?

yes. very good stuff. we did a 12'6 sup with 2 of layers 4 ounce top and bottom with a carbon deck patch.

sure it was a epoxy board, but there is no way in the world we would have been able to get away with that with ordinary 4 ounce glass
