Yeah it's real , but wouldn't be all that long lasting I think if you went over a corrugated road she'd start cracking & sun wouldn't be too good , the fumes of the poo wouldn't be that nice either .... but hey , it's Hipster Modern art ..... remember the old clay sculpted car plans - doesn't look all that different .... whack the old Dremel into that foam poo & it is what you see
