Oh my God! I'd just about kill someone to surf point waves again, let alone those rampaging beasts.
After checking my local and seeing knee-waist high 200 metre long closeouts yet again for the dawn patrol I'm over it.

It's been posted already but I had the pleasure of listening to the boys from "band of frequencies" all yesterday morning since they were just opposite my market stall at Eumundi.
Funny thing is I heard them play this track and went over to see if it was them since I'd only heard it on the track posted on here.
Sure enough they had a bunch of albums from the band for sale.
I'd never met Shannon, the lead singer, before but I've known his dad through different events/occassions over the last 30 years and his step mum and I were next door neighbours for many years at another local market and sh often mentioned he was having good success.
I'd hear about the band through there association with Rasta as well.
Talk about degrees of seperation.

Nice work Cuttlefish - I just posted that clip a few weeks back - have always enjoyed that song. I hear ya re point breaks - I so needed one I drove almost 500km on Friday to surf one for 3 hrs. Was worth it though. Nothing beats a long long wave. Will probably do the same this week if conditions dictate it. Sounded like from ETs post the other days that you had some great waves up yr way?
