great white off kirra

A 2.66m great white shark was caught and tagged off kirra beach qld last week.The180kg female was tagged and last position was Grafton NSW.The other great white shark tagged in June was last positioned between the Victorian coastline and Tasmania crossing the Bass Straight

It seems over the last few years that shark sightings and attacks are on the rise.
Doggie made a good point though. East coast sharks are soft c#cks.

Heaps of Great Whites in WA....5 spotted south of Perth heading north between 3 and 5 mtrs last week......most surfers are now hitting the water during office hours now. Come accross for some emptey waves....if you dare!
Oh we now have a chopper to buzz them....that should do it...well done Government?
