Looked like there was a bit of "rabbit" style in it to me.

I think it was it storm riders where Rabbit talked about a session at Kirra (may have ben a magazine interview).

He had been snow skiing and talked about riding in the tube with his feet almost side by side at Kirra cyclose swell session. Steph was definitely channelling rabbit although she claimed Mick Fanning in a post heat interview.

For many years a lot of the girls style to me always felt a little clunky. Now they are smooth and tearing the hell out of it.

Watching surfing on a screen doesnt give you a proper feel for how fast and how hard the turns the pro's do.

I remember seeing Wendy Botha out at shipwrecks in Nusa Lembongan and her surfing in real life was amazing versus what I had seen on film.

So I think seeing these girls surf now would blow peoples minds.

No prob...yeah that bazz was nice, it was even on the news last night...I've surfed with some pretty good girl surfers
