Looks good although the waves are pretty tiny. Perfect for the log which is what they all seemed to be riding in the second clip.

Also going up tomorrow to get some footage, So Mac we got you covered

Going to get an early surf in at Coolum and head straight up after that via Micky D's
Should be there around 9
Jas if you see me up there come and say g'day. ( big guy - bald head in a black quicksilver hat )
if it's not raining to much

I will have a tripod and camera set up on the beach somewhere just to the left of the judging tower and bar.

oh dear pufff must be bad,Noosa is a great wave and the videos posted its a weak one foot.Yep move to Noosa because the GC could be too big for the newguy

Pffft I believe in 'go hard or go home' mate. Overhead bombies, I'd rather plunge down in a fetal position staring at a wall of green than watch the wave go by unridden. There's a reason you don't see many longboards when waves get big Mac

Didn't look like that this morning! Rain and messy waves most places. Only clean waves were where the comp is, which is always crowded :(

Mac,
I know I said I was taking the camera today but when I got there this morning the rain was so hard all my gear had to stay dry in the car

I was there from about 8:30 till just after 10 and it pissed down the whole time.
Besides that the surf was tiny, 1 foot at best

But here is a few pics from my phone while checking out tea tree from under the umbrella.
( as I know the rules - no pics, didn't happen )
