Was like seeing my favorite pub getting burnt down.. actually it was more like they bought in prohibition and burnt down every brewery in town.

Tips from a wise old man,ok old

Teach them right from wrong as early as you can, this may mean Go the West Tigers in your case
If your going to give them anything, make it the BEST eduction you can afford, mine was done at the McT factory
Make sure they are involved in a team sport, this teaches them how to win as a team and also lose and lose gracefully, blame the backs
Make sure they respect people in this case old busted longboarders
Allow them to be creative once they have waisted their time and money take them to the McT factory
Make sure at his third birthday party there is an even number male and female, sit back and watch it all unfold
By the time he is five he will clearly understand what sex wax is really used for
By the time he is ten father and son have completed their first overseas surf trip, bonding sessions my include dad with beer and son with red fanta
By the time he is 15 he will be out surfing his father
By the time he is 16 he will no longer want to surf the soft waves his father now rides
By the time he is 16 he will want sleep overs this may alarm you
By the time he is 21 he would have invented an app which earned him more than enough money mum and dad retire happy days
Sure life has changed however it just means another seat belt to fasten on lifes journey do not let little feet stop you in your tracks

Enjoy the ride SP its the ride of your life!

Congrats SP to you and the Mrs.
As per last advice, take plenty of photos (iphone for FB,etc and good camera for the photo album) and video.
Technology makes it so easy these days.
You will appreciate it down the track.
