not sure off the top of my head....I would google a few reviews and see what others think works best. Look for anything from the whirlpool.net.au forum as there are some pretty gluey blokes in that one. If you are running a windows machine I would suggest you do a complete backup and then re-install and start again....will take a few hours of yr time but I tend to do it every 12mths on my windows machines and they work like new again.....or just get yrself a Mac and never worry about it ever again

are you running your mail through something like Outlook or similar? Or are you using a straight internet product like gmail or hotmail?

sounds like you are sending emails which are being returned with notification and/or have a virus already

try avast www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download
and adjust the privacy settings in whatever browser you use to remove tracking , empty the "cookies" as well ..
IE explorer is probably not the best browser to use ! end of my knowledge !

I would be looking to do a complete re-install if you can be boothered - first back up what you have on an external USB drive.

Computers are cheap... Think about a new computer...

Email - free email systems like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail are pretty good as a private home email... Easy to check all around the world when on holidays, etc... Offsite back-up of various files you have sent, or have been sent...

Asea, you should get one of the new 27 Inch Mac's.
www.apple.com/imac/
Very slick machine, just like 62mac. You can watch porn on the big screen.
Plus you get the added bonuses that a Mac gives you, such as looking at your Mac, and thinking about 62mac! What more could you possibly want!?

Plus the Mac Computers give you far less "bug" issues.
