5-7 foot beach break,must have been closing out because the scores are some of the lowest I've seen,1's

Yeah I'm not that into it but I've seen him in a few clips etc and he looks like he has the goods, was it him who got a wildcard into the goldy comp one year and snapped a few boards in one heat?

Yep, in a heat with Mick Fanning. He was doing ok as well until the first board broke!!

Yep Round 2 last year, google is a wonderful thing just watched the highlights, skinny little bugger and those board, no wonder they snapped, so thin.. Such good surfers for their age that whole age group from owen wright, julian wilson down just make the average bloke want to take up golf

Is he at all related to the guy who made kneelos? Where did they go? Don't see many around anymore, just like surf mats, you can't help but smile when you see someone riding them cause they always look like there having fun

Yep thats his Dad, still makes them if you want one.

Ha ha, na I'll be right thanks. Actually after my comment of not seeing many around anymore I actually saw 2 of them early Saturday morning.

Bit of bad luck, just beaten in the semi by the eventual winner, another Aussie davy cathels.

Its on - heats start in 15 mins...........Rosy is hosting the morning show now as we speak.......time to grab a cold one and settle in for some nice viewing!!

EDIT - ok I went off early - dam fog! Must listen more clearly and not focus so much of my attention on the presenter!
