Headin down that way this weekend, never actually surfed the mainbreak only surfed Rabbits on a bodyboard back in the day. Anyone got any pointers on how to get out/back in and where to sit etc....

Hopefully swell is not too big, everytime I have gone down there its been massive and I have been by myself so have chickened out

Follow everyone else, through the lagoon, over the reef, then time your paddle . But there are so many places better than Yalls main. I don't think I've ever even paddled out there (maybe once or twice as a grommet).

I have its good for longboards as its a deep breaking wave.
