Weber banana board. Was 6' x17 1/2 x 2 1/4.
Waiting to see if slater will make them popular again. I hope so,as I want to.keep.stealing waves from all the markeating brainwashed followers.
that red bull board series summed up what kind of sick sick joke they were

Thing was Slater could ride them when everyone else couldn't, except for Herring.

I purchased some hot pink flouro early 80's 5'8" McCoy Lazer Zap knock off - with a big fat-arsed tail on it based on what Cheyne Horan was doing on them. My god that thing was a pig. Got rid of it sooner than I have ever gotten rid of any other board.

One of the worst boards I have ever owned is still in my present day collection. Its a reliable piece of machinery that gets the job done - just without any fireworks. At times it has saved my asse whilst at others it has annoyed me. I have tried lots of diff fin set ups and loads of diff waves but it just has to rank as one of the worse boards I have had in a long time - purely due to its lack of responsiveness. It was built well and is dependable as all hell. Just boring to ride. Would love to name and shame it but it is going up for sale shortly

frees up some money there is a bit of a market for the mct brand in HI I've been told the Japs and Yanks have offered serious coin,so if all goes well I mite pick up a board over there, which would mean Pinnacle gone.

Firewire Michel Bourez 6'0

I took it out on a epic day at the local. Was so hard to paddle into waves & sluggish. Went in & swappped it for the mardi gra v1 & realized it was totally not suited for me unless I was surfing Pipeline or The Box...

True one was like a loose goose, looking back I could have played with a different fin set up,but I did ask for finely turned rails my bad and the other was shorter and fatter than I normally order, once again my badI fell fresh not owning a 666 this morning

Just in case you didn't know Zaks in Melbourne import Larry Mabile boards. Without checking their website can't recall if the brand is Kane garden or Larry Mabile but Larry shaped the Kane gardens.
Also Marcus from the Beachbeat Caloundra shop here has a Kane Garden he loves and just had their shaper replicate another one which is bang on. They did a run of several boards a few years ago but at the time I didn't know that the shape was from a Kane garden.

11' High Voltage Mal.

I am surprised a byrning spears is in yr list Roy..they look like works of art especially the channel boards they did.
Here's my list;
1. Hypto krypto
2. Delta UFO epoxy (to be fair I have had plenty of delta boards that were awesome, but this thing was just a pig)

I had this mate (note the "had" reference as past tense) and he asked me to try this "cool new thing", it was huge and you needed a paddle to drive it...

It was the most sh1t surf experience I have ever had, kinda like riding my aluminium dinghy in the surf but even less interesting.... Yes I rode a SUP

it was like the paddle had spiders all over it.

some of the most inept paddling ever seen at Currumbin.

kind of like Elaine's dancing from Seinfeld

yes it was a good result for everybody- everyones a winner.
