Winki & Bells were nice today. Well overhead on the bigger bombs... Paddled into a nice one today, took off nice and deep, lovely smooth drop, then I'm powering off the bottom and look way up to the shoulder and there were 2 guys thinking about going but pulling back at the same time... A burnt image in the mind... A few great waves today.

BOM called it 1-3m from the SW. Pretty much ideal... Improved during the day... High and Low tides weren't high or low, so minimal tide and current really. A lovely Spring day, even it was colder than average, in and out of the water.

The 8'0 Triple Stringer Fun Gun was the choice today... Avatar board.

Was a bit bigger out there this morning....a bit of westerly lump in it too....all good though...surfed an out of the way spot with 1 other guy for 1 1/2...
