I reckon VB is seriously underrated. I get as much **** for drinking VB as my favorite as I do for sometimes riding a ###.

I don't mind Corona and some of the Europen beers are OK, but it is just not Australian.

So what's your favorite brew? I don't mean Bundy, it is always good to finish off with a few bears!

AS your heading down to the Bay,go to the BBB, I'm not a big drinker

of beer but got myself some fruity from the tap which had 20 on tap all local,never been there before,near the art markets but a great place to get away from the mob.

well the one i have in my hand is this weeks favourite,james squire the chancer...very delicious

and you can keep your mexican gutter water to yourself,YUCK YUPPIE CRAP

Yep, VB & Carlton Draught slip down ok hey!

I like James Boags & Cascade, when on sale. It you can snag them at $40 these days, it's actually great value. Full 5.0% Alc, and Full 375ml.

If you pay $40 for 4.2% water and 330ml, then you are actually 26% worse off on alcohol!

$40 for 4.7% and 345ml then you are 13.5% worse off.

Is VB 4.9% still, and I know it's 375ml. You can snag it at $36. It's effectively 8% cheaper on Alcohol volume.

^ Bells Mexican's drink VB. But my brother likes that Corona Water. He's goofy and doesn't surf Bells much though. So he's not really a Bells Mexican!

screw beer companies. i only drank extra dry platinum and they were 6.5 now the dodgy farkers have put it down to 5 and lowered the rate on normal extra dry

your rich grom man stop being a tight arse otherwise you will need some more of your sisters ointment to fix your crack when you pull that massive wallet out and get a 5 mm tear

vb- rate it very highly if you like being really hung over like it new years day after a moderate night out.

however some one told me the vb we get up here is different from the southern states. not sure if that's fact

Whatever's on special really - its just beer afterall, not a sup - I'm a bit fussier about them

I am particularly fond of Bud' / Coopers Sparkling / Monteiths Black / Carlton Dry & Fosters.

coopers vintage, sierra nevada pale ale, little creatures pale ale, gulden draak, hoegaarden. But now that I cant afford any of those much anymore, home brew with plenty of hops and around the 7% mark gives you bang for your buck.

I had to break it down into countries:

Coopers Vintage
Killkenny (followed by whiskey)
Red Stripe (followed by ting and whatever spirit you fancy)
Alexander Keith's Pale Ale (followed by rum, good rum not that over sugared rubbish)
Pacifico or Tecate (with tequila)
Heineken (followed by ting and whatever spirit you fancy, god bless the dutch Caribbeans)

but if I'm in a pub - Carlton, in a big boy glass

James Squire Amber Ale or Coopers Red . I tried this other stuff called Fat Yak the other day and it was good. Its all good.
