Have been told a few times that it's the way you use it not the size that is important( never sure whether to take that as a compliment or an insult )

For me 3-4 foot swell is about my favorite size . Especially if it is Northeasterly . The nimbus goes great in waves that size

Still enjoy riding the big stuff but no longer enjoy getting hammered getting out there
this is about the size I like

as long as i paddle onto it and it has a clean ride i dont care... just love it no matter what

Yeah as long as its clean and not to busy its all good....if I had a choice probably 4-6 foot with the odd bigger one in the mix

Head high - or just a touch bigger... so that's 3-4ft in my measure.

Having said that, as others have said - happy with anything that is clean, but waist high and above for max. fun on the LB.

ha ha - i like it 1ft - 2ft!!!!

maybe one day when i can actually surf I might be happier for bigger swell!!!
