Simondo,

I have a littlec rule with beers. will probably cop heaps for this but here goes:-

IF IT HAS A TWIST TOP IT IS NOT WORTH DRINKING.

Hence my penchant for Peroni, Birra Moretti etc etc.

Cheers.

On 2nd Bluetongue and yes sadly Ted, the Bluetongue Brewery is closing the doors.
A "victim of global consolidation in the beer industry".
That's the reason I have gone back on this beer.
I loved staying at the original Bluetongue Brewery in the Hunter Valley.

Yeah had a look at the local, slight wind cap even though I don't know but probably no Nth. Thought maybe the long wave period might bring something, but nup & too much E....I really enjoy the beachie this time of yeah when its small. Coz that place rarely gets decent banks, not banks that handle over a 2 foot anyway. When its small you get a bit more of a ride along the...well not face, but can get a bit of speed on the hump/lump to set up a lil floater or 2 when the wave hits the extra shallow bank....not too long now mate, we'll be spoilt for waves *touch wood*

Once upon a time, Scotty walked into a bottle-0 at ripe old age of 15 on his way to a blue light disco and purchased a longneck of this beer called Coopers.
After cracking the top on the side of a brickwall, I took a sip and yuk.
I returned the beer and said to the attendant "this beer is off".
He told me to "piss off and think lucky I sold it to you"(or words to the effect)
I have tried it since but still not a fan.
