For a board 9'3 x 23 x 3 Allrounder

I tried this board with what looked like a regular thruster set. But I'm not expecting to be sliding out the tail or busting the fins out the back of the wave. I want speed & drive with some nose riding hold. The board crosses into noseriding territory with 3 small fins tested in overhead conditions. But I want to be able to hang 5 at least on my next board.

I have plenty of FCS sidebites...just looking at a centre & considering these 3...wadayareckon? But if you know of a good deal on 2 + 1 fins, please let me know....but anyway, fins I'm looking at~

Sounds like you want the lot Mick with the one fin.

If you want drive your going to have to go for the 8 inch,but this is no nose riding fin.

Good point mate, maybe I should get more than one. I was swaying towards the 8'

Mick i'd go for all glass single fin at that price i don't think it'd be all glass.You know what i'm saying.

Yeah its 30% glass, 70% nylon...I'm using a similar fin on my 9'1...but yeah ok I'll go for a 100% glass one then.

What do you think of these?

Just throw some FCS gx, 3s or 5s in the side.

And you can usually get Dion fins for a pretty good price. Try eBay if not just google it and there is a guy in Sydney who sells them and will freight.

My two cents is for an all round fin with side bites is just a straight up 8 inch dolphin. Fibre glass.

Should have enough hold, should still turn well and stay in.

Like TC..my 2 Bobs worth is..9" dolphin but def in glass..I prefer flex in my centre fin...ECS make good ones..priced right too.
