I'm gunna hassle the wife about sneaking a wall hanger inside... Might get my son on side first...

Wish me luck!

Involvement model ...

You guys got any good wall hangers?
Actually mine will be a corner stander... Technically... If it gains approval.

Simo here is a picture of an old stringerless mal I have in my dining room its got a nice fabric inlay I think from memory its a Mcdonald now you have to get something with a bit of character to hang in the house what if you want to surf the Involvement are you gonna strip the wax off every time you bring it inside, my mate across the road has a nice MCT plastic machine in mint condition that would be perfect to hang

Boof, the wax side can face the wall! So wax stays on.

Never disliked the board enough to sell it Daneli. Do you want it?

Maybe, I've been thinking about a classic style lb just for small Byron. A real long term keeper.

What are the dims Simondo? I'm a pretty porky boofhead so would probably need to be 9'5+

Cheers

eEk I hate those things in the house lol...had a phobia about them since I was stuck in the car with one when I was a kid. I don't mind most spiders, even red backs, but those things I'm not keen on coz they run fast & dissapear under your favorite chair. Probably feel differently if I grew up with funnel webs around I guess

Thanks for the comments, i have bugger all woodworking skill just ask my high school tech teacher, all my boards I call 6' boards as they all look good from that distance any closer and you can see the stuff ups.

it took about 30 hours to build, all from scratch, no kit. I eyeballed the design and template as I went but stuffed up the rocker with only 4.5" in the nose and 2" in the tail it is too flat should have been more like 7" and 4". It flys on the small waves and would suit a small waist high point break, which we don't have many of in the west... I must take it out for a spin as the grommet wants to ride every board in my quiver and this is the 3rd to last of 13 that she needs to ride.

It looks good on the wall and is a great talking piece. Cheers
