Ohhh well we may as well start off 2013 with a damned good old fashioned ...... PIMPING

SUNRISE

new for 2013...the sunrise high performance longboard...and already its a keeper...wide point is forward...tail is narrow 13 3/8"...nose is 18 1/8" so reasonably wide...for a high performance longboard it nose rides very well,.........9'1"x21 3/4"x2 5/8"

fine thickness distribution..thin nose and tail...thin rail profile....this model has a lot of rocker, well suited for beach break conditions...still reasonably flat through the nose...gradually getting more extreme as it moves toward the tail,

smooth area pintail

glassing is 4+4+6...sanded matt finish

hard release edge through the tail,

sunrise can be built with multiple fin options...I will do a complete review when we have tested both options, so far only tested this option, with good success...I am excited to test the quad.

gotta feeling this one's a beachie gun LB - and a prototype for the master himself at that Jase , you could spec it to suit and that's the nail for the head to be hit but dunno how wide you'd take it to given it's widepoint

calling RG ..... time for a bit of a spiel on this girl we thinks

Edit: be interesting to find out how she went as a Quad setup too
