Sure order a custom board,this mainly involves a model you like with volume that fits,also you can choose your art.

BUT,is this a just a board made for you off standard files.Do you go the next level and ask your shaper to refine things like rails,add more V and some on

Trail and era my friend,I loved my first cruise not so much the second but the latest with less volume
and a sh1t load of work into the rails is a whole new beast,hence my question why settle when in most
cases you can do better,sure you can blow some coin but hell some people spend more on a night out
on the piss.

I ask my shaper to ask my wife how much money we have to buy materials and then take it from there....more money means I can order better/bigger blanks, tints, different cloth etc etc etc......

I tell my wife the same thing mate

I tell SDR what I want...he laughs and says are you sure you want that Mr Slater,then tells me nope. I then just let him do his thing. I still do ask a million questions about why this and why that..

custom all the way down to the art

Most board manufacturers have a few and some plenty of models to choose from so you're bound to get something that fits. The best thing is to be honest about where you're at and what you want to do and leave it to them . I've seen guys with longboards crapping on about how they should have gone 1/4 inch narrower here or a bit thicker there blah blah blah and watching them surf it wouldn't make any difference.

better get the eyes checked smh....you may be colour blind...its a red bottom yellow deck

I'm not colour blind the colours on that board are nice and so is the art work I'm talking about a colour scheme I like that I haven't seen for a long time.
