I've been able to finally step up my training and getting back in the water soon.

I had a visit from a fit looking Vanders today enjoyable chat and all the best for your
shoulder operation tomorrow mate.

Op went well, pain killers are wearing off now so it's getting very uncomfortable. 4 rotator cuff tear repairs and removal of just over an inch of tendon. Won't be getting salty any time soon.

4 tears geez must have been all that fast paddling at Arra that did that mate

Rest up mate, heal quickly and have plenty of amber fluids

Ran over my favourite board 2 days ago with my car, wind must have blown it over. Then smashed a rail on my other newest board & my knee coming in after surfing good waves at a place I rarely surf today....can't complain though, did get some fun waves & surfed with way more dolphins than people.
