Great job tux, that is a very nice plan shape as it looks longer than 6'4 and nowhere near 21 wide.....
although i am a little disappointed with your fashion style
everyone knows that you can't wear a beanie without excessive facial hair nowdays !!

Very nice.

Jealous of both your skill, and time to complete such a task

Thanks for sharing

Tux - did you do free laps or cut laps? That shot of you holding her up makes me think you did cut-laps.

only if you combine it with excessive ear ,nose and eyebrow overgrowth

some technical details would be appreciated without giving away your shaping secrets ,
original blank size /type,lap or free cuts as ted mentioned and just a general description of your method

Similar to Tux really - I have an Al Merrick POD that has seen better days so I am copying the basic plan shape from that and will swap the swallow tail for a round one and will go a touch thicker. Might even make the concaves a touch little deeper for fun - 6'2" *20.5 8 2.75 ish

What you doing with yrs?

Yep same blank as per above with the egg rocker or the flatest rocker from memory and then shaved a bit of the nose rocker out and added some in the tail...alot of the waves down here are fattish and rolly so I wanted something that goes over all that with speed.
I did cut laps and it was ****ing hard work...I usd UV resin and looking back I would of taken things alot slower as I had more time than I thought
Shape wise I got the front half of my CI Biscuit and matched it with the back half of my CI Black Beauty so I got something short with good paddle power that is pulled in enough to hold on the bigger days.
Bottom contours are slight vee into single concave and then into a v through the tail
Fin boxs are pro box and they were pretty easy to install...I was pretty stressed as I hadn't used a router since year 9 woodwork but it was pretty easy...I like the fact that you can change the fin cant with inserts
Deck is rolled out to a nice eggy rail shape with a sharp/falt edg starting 16in from the tail
....thanks for all the nice comments and to all the guys that put up there own work on here that I could learn from !!

I'm thinking something like the 5'2 quad below.........bit of a hull up front with a heap of concave through the tail.........

Tux, I really like the look of that board!! Did you make a router jig for the future plugs?
