Long time reader, first time poster here.

I have been lurking here looking for a bloke I once knew. I don't know how else to find him.

He used to ride an old Hot Buttered mal around the Ballina area. Bit of a surfer type, lived on the dole, did it pretty hard. On the odd occasion he did a few cashies down the prawn factories when the opportunity arose.

- oops I just noticed in that last sentence I type "hard. On" (God he loved that word).

Anyway, I haven't seen him around for a while. Maybe one of you'se long-boarders knows him. His name is Hugh Jorgan.

I have it on good authority that Hugh is going very well these daysalthough he misses coming on here immensely and wanted to share so many other old stories the fun police will not let him back in the house

To play, speaking of have you been surfing much/ you must be coming to an age of stepping up the a longboard

I have a look in every now and again. I'm much more entertained by the petty arguments of middle aged men than I am with the other stuff though which is a pretty sad reflection on me.

Yep I am mostly a lurker. Now ride a 666 (old fhart) but have always loved the grace and style of long boarding,
Love the old cars and the the supporting eye candy( Not sure how come you can get away with that. Next door got panned for posting sexy pics.)
More long boarding and Toes on the nose are also great threads.
Some of the hissy fits are a bit boring but hopefully its all back on track.

Like to thank all those that take time to post the good stuff
