Has anyone got a copy of this book that they wish to sell to me? I once owned it and lent it to an old friend who has never returned it and now lives overseas. I would like to get hold of another copy. Sadly it is now out of print and I have been unable to track one down. Any help would be most appreciated. Happy to pay for both the book and postage.

It was that thread that actually reminded me of my quest to hunt the book down..........NC said that a new print run is likely but there is no idea of a timeline at present so failing that I thought I would put a request out here.....you never know
