I only watched that event and the girls. Wow TC still looks the goods. Poor Kong didn't look that impressive though

The board TC was riding was a replica of the boards he competed on. As was said in commentary the original board is in a local shop in Haleiwa..

yeah his first wave was sick he'd still be competitive with the asp guys at pipe for sure it was great to see that board is a rocket.

Heat 6 round 3 is the world title decider - Dusty ag Gabs. Will not be missing that one I hope. Too early to call officially but after running the numbers it looks to me like Ricardo Christie will make the tour with the results of Julian, Jadson, Wilko & Felipe going his way. Exciting times.

Off til tomorrow now.
Meanwhile, while the rest of the field struggled, the best surfer in the world this year (and last year and the ones before that) does this sort of thing.
Mick Fanning would have come out, claimed and flicked off -- and probably got the same score. ....

kelly and jadson were the only surfers to score above 10 / 20 in the whole of round 2! crazy low scores.

A guy who I speak to at training is a massive Slatter fan,he said Kelly smashed those conditions which he did and the comp should not have been put on hold,he then said someone wants Medina to won,this could go over to Heavy Weather

I saw some footage of JOB the other day, surfing inside the barrel, deeper than the guy in front.

He is the Travis Pastrana of Surfing for sure..

is guns day Wednesday, hump day.you know to help you get over it.

I reckon if I was training to be a body builder wednesday would be guns day.

I would get the gym early to get the best spot in front of the mirrors. The spot that gives you all the best angles and you can secretly see all the others checking the action

Seriously weather surf mapping gurus,whats on offer for Pipe in the next few days,I was on the South Shore cams today swell was perfect 4 foot.
The Hawaiians law,states the rules 4 people in the water at any one time,the holding period can to be extended.

Saturday night JB,couldn't miss the annual xmas party with those cool CW catsthey had 4 foot glass yesterday I watched on the cams some unreal long boarding going down.
