was this the dude that shot the lava flowing into the ocean via the tube of the shorebreak somewhere on Hawai? not sure if you guys have seen this, but it was pretty amazing. I saw a video on how he did it,,,,apparently he had to be very carefull of his positioning (too close to the lava and he would basically boil himself alive).
It looked like he was only about 5 meters away in the footage.

It looks like he specializes in heavy shoreys.

yeah he does smh - he has a book out called "The shorebreak art of Clark Little"

I did some homework on him and found out that he is the brother of Hawaiian charger Brock Little - so he clearly grew up amongst the big stuff on the islands there. His shots are amazing!!!!!!!!!! He just might be my new hero
