Dropped into the Big A on my way back from Coffs. Friday was really suited to a log (unfortunately I didn't have a log) really nice wave wrapping around the rocks.

Also surfed Woopi and Park Beach over the last week which I haven't surfed for 15 years. It was a good to go back.

Any chance there's a decent campground by Big A that won't be too busy?

Didn't realize there was a freaking school holiday around Easter - jonsing to get away surfing somewhere but everywhere on my "hit list" is full or charging you for the full week before Easter plus any extra days on the weekend.

MMMM maybe Lenox - could try that one

Crazy, that mullaway camp ground is a bit rough and ready but if all you want is hot shower and a safe place to sleep, it will do the job.

The big A is definitely logger heaven, my 10'6 loves the place.

Yeah we're pretty self suficient we had to but a trailer just to cart the camping gear around - going to try Darlington as well.

My 9'4" loved this morning - hope you got out.
