I'm not sure if I have ever had an RSI, but I have had Arthritic pain since the age of about 12, sometimes in the elbows, but usually in the hands wrists, knees, upper thighs/hips ankles and feet.
When it gets bad, I usually strap the joint if possible, either with elastic bandages or compression tubes.
I don't believe this has any curative properties on it's own, but I do believe that what it does is acts as a way to stop me using that joint and start favouring it, so it just fixes itself with the best healer, time.
I here you with the Arthritis Obs,I've got it in the Back,Feet,Hands and a Elbows have had it for about 15 years now, plus I get gout.It was in my family my uncle is just about had it with it,he has a lot of trouble walking now.I take high powered anti inflammitorys for it atm and they seem to work but later on if it gets worse the specialist did say you can get injections for it but I haven't really looked into that yet!...
