I know a few of you are into smoked meats and BBQ...saw this recipe the other day and will be trying it out once the legs healed

I know two hipsters who smoke meat,one is Chrispy the other Vanders,so is it a hipster thing this smoking?

Nah I think its just a delicious way of cooking things....if they are drinking cold pressed coffee with coconut milk you should start to worry

Yep the swineaple has been around for a bit,bloody genius though....but here is real bbq genius. A lamb stuffed into a pig,then stuffed into a cow. Fire meat and beers

Nitrates are preservatives and not too healthy. Nitrate free is the way to go

Thanks for that Tux - love to cook that over here but almost impossible in the conservative Muslim culture I know live in - but will give it a crack
