Hi Guys,

Just moved over to WA and have a 9' Mal for the time being (next time I'm back in Sydney I'll grab my shortboard).

I read a couple of threads where people were suggesting surf spots though I was wondering about the consistancy of waves over here, I seem to go to the beach and it's 10 guys waiting for ripples

So I guess my questions are:
- How often do you get waves that are good enough to get wet for?
- Where are the swell magnets for when there is very little swell?

Cheers,
Dan

Go down south but take your shortie

Swell magnet = Trigg point longboard city, usually 100 other people out there with the same idea

Go north or south PM me for more details

Not wrong there, haven't been out for 3 weeks and haven't had the time to get away either

Went down south for a comp on Saturday, where we surfed it was over head mostly on 1.0m swell. It's summer so ya gotta travel!! It's a pain but worth it!!
