yea mac it was on tele just the other nite, enough to turn anybody off a boat trip, "the legend" was a total tosser. if you didnt surf i doubt if youd watch it, but it was ok.

I wouldn't mind watching it.

It looks dreadful to me. I just had a hunt around for it and there is no catch-up session of it available sadly. Its $6 on itunes to rent and free on pirate bay

Ok Mac you have perked my interest.....movie has successfully downloaded now - I shall watch it this evening after the Thai takeaway is demolished and will report back on my thoughts.

sorry just seen this - if you have a decent connection you can start watching movies as soon as you hit the download NOW button.....its gold. WHilst you are watching it just continues to download.

32 mins in (the conclusion of the first fight scene) and I can report that yes indeed the chick is hot....the waves have been ok....the surfing average at best....the acting is crap and the story line is worse....some nice scenery though. Not sure if I will watch it all.

I loved it a bit of dead calm with some surfers

Yeh lots of bad acting but sometimes that's just what you need on a Friday nite :)

I watched it, I agree with the above. But I did enjoy the few glimpses of some nice Maldivian waves.

Watched it when on the TV last week, sorry watched the first 20 minutes it was enough to send me to bed.

So I finished the movie - took 3 sittings. I am giving it 1.5 stars (out of 5), surfing basically stops once the violence begins.....seemed to me like the Director probably was an intern on Wolf Creek. Shame we did not get to see more of Sam -she is a real talent. As for the legendary Bull - what a tosser - I was pretty much turned off this character right from the get go - spent a few minutes early into the movie tying to place who it was meant to be. The Skipper was also a tosser. A few of the other characters were a little bit too type set and predictable for my liking. I would not suggest you pay to watch this movie or go out of your way to view it........but if it happens to be doing a re-run at 2am and and you have just got home and can not sleep you might as well watch it.

Yeah I agree Jas it was alright. The chick made it watchable and and the waves looked nice as well. Bit of entertainment .

I thought the movie was OK and watchable...

The character Bull was meant to be a DH and unlikable...

Sam was played by Daisy Betts - and for those that'd like to see more of her she is in the upcoming submarine TV series Last Resort.
