Hey guys, it's that Merry time of year, when most of us have extra time on our hands, and are on holidays!...

So what movies can you recommend...

No surf today, so went for a cycle, and watched this movie this arvo...

Very well put together...

-------------------------
The Snowman...
In 1978, Jimmy Graham went to Antarctica to train scientists how to survive on the ice. Three months later he arrived back agitated and paranoid saying he had stumbled on an illegal nuclear site and been lobotoised by the CIA before descending into madness. Unable to cope with his frightening behaviour, his wife fled with their two children. Now, 30 years later, his Australian daughter Juliet tries to uncover the truth and reconnect with what's left of the man she called her father. It will make you cry and make you wonder just what happened out on the ice.

-------------------------

What other movies can you recommend!... I might post this in Heavy Weather... !

The Snowman looks interesting I'll watch it later...I watched a pretty freaky movie last night called "Eat" not sure if I liked it or hated it, but it sure was different. I've seen the August Underground movies & they didn't make my stomack squirm the way Eat did. Other than that I have seen some great Sci Fi's this year, but I can't think of titles atm. Will try to think of some tomorrow when I'm not so zonked from work.

If you're wife insists on dragging you along for last minute christmas shopping you can always help prepare yourself by watching the first 5 seasons of "The walking dead"
Just watched the first season of "Helix" which is an Artic based series about a viral outbreak.
Come to think of it watching the Walking dead isn't bad prep for surfing over the Christmas/New Year period either.

Also try

Were the Millers ( Jennifer Aniston ) and another funny one was , Walk of shame - ( the cover looks a bit of a chick flick flick but it's pretty funny )
