I was going to say "just ignore them Lacey and they will go away".

But I thought better of it because at least they are taking the piss out of you and not me.

Tried them once back once upon a time when I was young and rode a bodyboard during SA's freezing autumn swells. Did they work? Well they made my hands warmer. Did I paddle faster? I guess I could have - if you had the strength to lift all that material out of the water. Two surfs and I threw them away.
