Headed south of Ulladulla with the crew on Friday for 2 nights.....cold water (steamers) showers and grey skies mainly, beautiful vista's at sunrise and sunset, dirt tracks with that feeling of adventure and a bank to ourselves for 3 days !
It doesn't have the romance of a trip north to Byron but empty line-ups and only being a 3 hour drive rather than 10 hours (to Byron) make it a very do'able and enjoyable escape.
For me, my last escape for a while - into hospital on Thursday for the 'surfers ear' operation and out of the water for 4-6 weeks (all going well).
Here's a couple images I took that I thought you'd like.
Nice one SA - I love the South Coast - these days though its 5 hrs for me to get there so I hardly make the journey unless I can fit some work in around the area. I miss the south coast adventures.....had some great mid week sessions down there of empty goodness. Keep up the Pics!
Hi Chris, Great shots as always! Love it down south that much that we are in negotiations to buy a place and relocate, about 20 mins south of you. See you out the back, I hope!
Nice shots, was that Green Island in the background? Thats where I went for surfing holidays when I was growing up. I have to make a trip down that way soon for old times sake.
