8'0 x 23 x 3 1/4.

My latest edition.

Shaped by Terry 'Snake' Bishop, glassed by Mick Carabine and showing plenty of patience with me was shop owner Shane Hornby.

Worked on a 7'6 and 9'0 Model previously, this one with more foam, 6 x 6 x 6 oz glassing and the new FCS fin system in place.

...thought I'd share the finished product.

IMO; a thing of sheer beauty !

Decided on keeping the gloss finish away from her and with the blank canvas white look, no tail pad and minimalistic logos, the pro finish completes it...different to all the tints and patterns around !

I'm going to kick it off with standard moulded M7's and take it from there. There is an XL M7 set now which could be good in bigger waves but I like the flex of the old moulded M7 to start.

It replaced a 14' SUP....yesterday's news those big clumsy things.

Nice one Surfanimal. (Must be a good glasser if that "snap guarantee" in pic 4 reads like i think it does.)

Try keeping the tints simple... Pick your favorite colour... Blue Tints maybe!

If in doubt, keep the tints simple... Single colour tints, but 2 tones at the laps, etc... No pin lines...

Very nice!
What bottom contours?
My 8'2" MC islander is very similar planshape with a more pulled in nose and a deep single.
We're on the same page!
