Pretty amazing footage , what's with the idiot running into the water was she planning on giving the whale mouth to mouth resuscitation ? brains of a peanut ?
We had a huge whale wash up here and each high tide the sharks had a good feast . Great scavengers . Also watched a huge shark on Mortein Island beaching itself and eating bait fish one of the most amazing things I have ever seen .

The guy in the red strip jacket and blue Beanie is a good mate of mine that now lives is WA and works at a Aquarium there.
he was back home last month and we were talking about the footage of him and mates playing with the sharks he said they got into a lot of Shiz from the media when that footage got onto TV, i remember it on TTonoght and said hey that's Oscar

Weiry has Oscar still got 10 fingers ? 2 arms ?

Have to give them 10 out of 10 for balls of steel and what better way to show that humans aren't the sharks 1 st choice as a meal ?

Be interesting to see if they Woulda been 1st choice if they'd fallen in Tassie

As someone that has been bitten by dogs / cats / horses / ferrets / cows / mice and the odd female human , I like to look at the odds before I jump into a situation .

There is no way you would have got me on that whale carcass . Or in the water in either of those videos .

When the whale was washed up here a bloke wanted to go for a surf on that beach and asked if I was keen . I have never knocked back a surf that quick .
Still their choice to be in that situation , their legs / fingers / arms at risk .

Yeah heaps funny, fisheries warned them off doing it after they saw it. But think there is actually a fisheries tagging program there now. Only about 20 minutes north of here too, not a nice thought that there is a nursery for them up the road..

And yeah it was a dolphin that jumped over old mate in the other clip but still I would of filled my duds. Imagine paddling out with half a salmon under your guts as a shark bait and that jumped.. And then to top it off you hit the shore and the other bloke is already hooked up.
