I must be heading for a midlife crisis,I own a Felt Mtb nice bike but gives my back grief
So I rode my daughters cruiser the other day and what a comfy ride.
Which now has me visiting bike shops.Top on my list was an Electra three speed but have not been keen on the colourways available and stock is limited at this time of year.
I popped into a store near work today and there was this awesome bike made by Felt and straight away the dollars signs started rolling,I didn't want to spend a heap on something that I will ride once a week.
I checked some others and the I asked how much is that Felt,he said its going for wholesale because it has a dent in the frame and a scratch on the rear fender.

On the felt mtb, you've got it set up wrong, reminds me cause simondo will look at this if he's headed to bike Buller we're signed up and headed down for this years event think i remembered him saying he was a mtb'r

I don't use it very often but the older bikes are easier to ride to the beach with a (short)board under your arm and I am past the stage where riding a ladies bike worries me.
Branded a Waltons Free Spirit (3 speed hub gears) but i think were manufactured by Malvern Star.Only ride to the main beach for a quick surf or a swim where i don't bother to lock it as i can see where i park it from the water and it looks too rusty to steal, but rides pretty smoothly.Brings back memories of when this was my only form of transport and the chain rolling off the main cog and skinning your ankles on the cotter pins
i have way too much sh8t in my garage!
