Panama, has anyone been there? Tell us about it please. Surf breaks/board hire etc. the missus is going in March I just need a push (current economic climate note looking good) might be unemployed soon but it's calling me, I feel I'm going to miss out. What to do?

Looks very good... Lots of different coast angles, will deal with different swell directions...
It says 14% of the locals speak English, and many are bi-lingual (Spanish/English). Basic Spanish is pretty easy anyway.

I would recommend taking your favorite 9'1 Surftech.... Durable...

Two very versatile Surftech's are the McTavish Original, and the Billy Hamilton Hyper-form.
The Fireball EvoII is also excellent...

I would suggest, have 7-10 days without the wife, just dedicated to surf... Then some time with the wife... Assuming the wife doesn't surf...
