Here is a good example of someone who has grown up surfing some big waves This guy has some huge balls. Love his composure at the 12:30 mark on that drop. How's his effort at 11:20! But full respect must go to the cameraman at the 8 min mark who takes off even deeper to get the shot! The KS commentary about the Red Bull was pretty funny and on the money.

Sick vid. The young fellas is certainly fearless and skilled. When I was in Ulladulla a few years back it was my privilege to be welcomed into the home of local bloke. His son was a school mate of Russell's and had a couple of vids of him surfing the local waves as heavy as they get as a 15 and 16 year old. After seeing those I expected to be seeing more of him.

My only criticism is he doesn't seem to turn much.
