Very little mate, been really struggling with shoulder pain so not much thought to anything but LBing.

How did the shoulder pull up after the injection Vanders ?

Haven't noticed much change sadly, docs are now talking about a possible date with a scalpel.

Bursitis & tendon calcification in my right shoulder mate.

How long? Who knows, I'm just going to keep going until I can't anymore then I guess I'll have to look at surgical options.

Jeepers - sorry to hear that Vanders. Hang in there - hope the meds are proved wrong and it heals. Still hope we can share a wave one day soon.

Vanders a guy was telling me sometimes it take 3 rounds of injections for it to settle down,avoid the knife at all costs.

That what I have vanders. Cortisone can take about two weeks to start taking effect.
I will always recommend seeing a sports physiotherapist that can teach you injury specific pilates. My shoulder is great now,and I have not had a injection in a year now. I average about 20hours in the water a week,so it's holding up well

Sounds like Milchy, dopey bugger held off on surgery and what not and then Dad told him to go see the dude he did for hips and now the grand Milch has good hips again! Screwed knees and back though. Biggest frother in the world, makes life so much more fun! More stoked up than any of you frothers on the breeze!

Glad I am still young! Any tips from you guys to avoid complications when I reach your age/ages?

Might just delve further into the world of PCs and become full nerd. Ditch surfing for MLG!
