and back tracked until I found my first post in here. It's kind of like going back in time. Fond memories and a few former usernames floating around then. I like Macs comment about me leaving my paddle at the door ( in reference to me coming from the darkside). I don't post as much these days but the Greenroom will always be a special place.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane Scotty. Some gold in there thats for sure. Loved this piece from Mac or was it 62Mac, or macaha or Indian or Foxsup or someone else - could never keep up

my memory isn't great, but I do know that back then, when it came to buying boards, I slavishly followed trends, thinking "if it worked for them, it must work for me".
I now know I need to find what's right for me, not for others.
I wish I could remember the name of the person who told me to get rid of my side fins when I complained that I could not catch waves very well. Single (no pun intended) best bit of advice I've ever been given, I don't think I've ever ridden a multi fin board since that day.
