Actually have a bit better idea than the last purchase, but welcome opinions.
After Cobra's scathing critique of my quiver "...didn't see a longboard cost you.." had to do something.
I want my other 1 out of 10.
Longboard advertised by Zeusman, looked good.
Thought it might be good to display fins in, basically bought it because it was pretty.
Five week or so wait until we could organise a road trip to Bondi to collect.
A bit of research had me buy some T shirts before hand.
Surftech Munoz Glide, 11'
Wood finish.

Bought the board bag to bring it home in prior to the trip.

Zeusman had it advertised as "average" condition, looked better.
Picked it up today.
Wrapt. However you spell that.

Picked up in Bondi, staying at Gerroa. Not my place but would like it to be.
Very progressive rocker compared to surf sups I'm used to.

Underside pretty much unmarked, no idea how old it is.

Apart from the underside has had a big hit / crease near the nose.

Love the look.
Leash plug through the fin box.

Tried a couple of fins I bought up.
Big D fin.

Looks good, not sure I could carry that off at the beach.
A George Greenough 4A maybe.

Or "The" George Greenough California navel chart 4A.
If ever a board deserved it.

Fitted a fin warmer and left it.
Think I need to try and surf this.

Maybe here.

Good score mate, Chrispy's right about the crease. But I would consider a board like that still very useful. Just get the crack fixed by a professional & ask his opinion on the previous repair in case it could be strengthened.

As a board to take out in tiny waves, these boards are absolute wave catching machines. The fins you have for it look perfect for it, whatever one you choose.

A friend of mine has one the same size on hold for me that I plan to purchase for summer

Don't go too big. The standard fin is a 9 inch cutaway.

Best boards I've ever ridden and stoked to own one so love yours mate.

I use a 9.5 inch Nat Young True Ames which is beautiful in mine.

Think I will get someone to fix it - I dabble, but beyond me to do it properly.
After Chrispy this morning it was going on the wall as is.
Now I will get it fixed properly, then try to surf it.
Can I have my other 1/10 now?
SA, I think I have one of those fins, will put it in.
But I love the look of the big old fins.
