Thanks to SP I picked up the BGB yesterday and took it for its first run this morning in beautiful little 2 to 3 foot runners. First impressions are very good. This board is way more responsive than my board - lots of tail lift in comparison and concave through the back 1/3 really give it heaps of drive off the bottom. The nice thin tail with hard edges is a joy to turn - she just accelerated off the bottom a few times on my backhand. Really impressed with how it goes. SDR has done the greenroom mighty proud with this board. The board is heavier than it looks but you do not really notice it once you are up and riding. Looking forward to spending a bit more time on it. She paddles well. Only issue I had was that when I pulled it out at the beach there was no leg rope - ahhh - lucky I had one in the boot or it could have been interesting
